Shipping Information

At Mokki, we work closely with our warehouse and courier partners to ensure your order is carefully packed and dispatched as efficiently as possible.

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing, excluding public holidays. During peak periods or when items are temporarily out of stock, dispatch times may vary slightly.

Address Changes

As orders are processed promptly, we’re unable to make changes to delivery details once an order has been dispatched.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If you notice an issue after dispatch, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking details.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link.

All orders are sent with signature required by default.

If you select Authority to Leave, Mokki is not responsible for parcels once they have been marked as delivered by the courier.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at hello@mokki.co.nz and we’ll assist you in raising an investigation with the courier.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including weather conditions, customs delays, and courier disruptions.

New Zealand

  • Auckland: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • North Island: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • South Island: 2–3 business days after dispatch
  • Rural deliveries: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

New Zealand

  • New Zealand: Flat rate $8

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order at hello@mokki.co.nz.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or suitable resolution.

Collect from Store

We offer in-store pickup. Please allow 2 days’ notice after placing your order.

Orders

We currently ship to New Zealand.

International orders may be subject to local customs duties or taxes upon arrival, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order, as unpaid duties or taxes may result in delays, returns, or additional charges.

Mokki is not responsible for return shipping costs on refused or unclaimed parcels.

Important Notes

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or Private Bags
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery where possible
  • Returned parcels due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur reshipping fees
